QuotexKing provides AI-powered trading signal recommendations delivered via website dashboard and Telegram bot. Our services include:

  • Real-time trading signals with entry/exit points
  • AI-powered market analysis
  • Telegram bot signal delivery
  • Web dashboard with signal history and analytics

3. Risk Disclaimer

4. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Subscription plans are available at prices listed on our Pricing page
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR)
  • Payments are processed securely through Paytm Payment Gateway
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers

6. Subscription Duration & Renewal

  • Subscription duration varies by plan (monthly or annual)
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew before expiry
  • Access to premium features ends when the subscription period expires

7. Intellectual Property

All content on QuotexKing, including trading signals, analysis, text, graphics, and software, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing trading signals
  • Automated scraping or data extraction from our services
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms
  • Using our service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonating another user or providing false information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotexKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of our services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
